2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and services provided by ward bleus design
2.2 By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
3. Quotes and Agreements
3.1 All quotes issued by ward bleus design are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
3.2 An agreement is established once the client accepts a quote or provides an order that is confirmed in writing by ward bleus design.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 In the event of late payment, ward bleus design reserves the right to charge statutory interest and collection fees.
5. Service Delivery
5.1 ward bleus design will perform services to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific results unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
5.2 The client must provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner for the execution of services.
6. Liability
6.1 ward bleus design is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence and limited to the amount paid by the client for the respective service.
6.2 ward bleus design is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of profit or data loss.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All designs, texts, and other creations provided by ward bleus design remain the intellectual property of ward bleus design, unless otherwise agreed.
7.2 The client may not use, copy, or distribute these without prior written consent.
8. Cancellation and Changes
8.1 Cancellation of an order must be made in writing. Any costs already incurred will be charged.
8.2 Changes to the order may result in adjustments to the delivery time and/or costs.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
9.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where ward bleus design is located.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
10.1 If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
10.2 ward bleus design reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated in writing to the client.
